My login is suspended.

If incorrect login details are entered 3 times you will be unable able to log into Online Banking. If this happens, please call 1300 135 481 and we will reset your login once we verify your details.

I get a message stating ‘Invalid Customer Number and/or Password entered’.

Check that you have you entered the correct information. (In most cases your Customer Number can be found on the top right hand corner of your statement of account.)

Note that for accounts in more than one name, each account holder has their own Customer Number. Only enter the numerical digits (don’t enter the account ledger i.e. YX01). Next ensure you enter your Password correctly, paying particular attention to capitals and numbers.
