Changes to how you bank with us

Future changes that will impact customers

In late 2025, Adelaide Bank products and services will be transitioned to equivalent Bendigo Bank products and services.

We’re making this important change as part of our commitment to improve and simplify our business. This will ensure we deliver you a better banking experience.

This will affect all customers with Adelaide Bank accounts, whether you deal directly with us, or through a broker or third party.

In April 2025 you received a letter from us notifying you of the transition. In June you will receive a second letter advising you of the new products you will be transitioning to, and information about the Changes Booklets we have prepared which include details about the transition and the new terms and conditions that will apply from the transition date. Copies of the Changes Booklets and relevant terms and conditions documents are published below. We will also write to you again before the transition date to confirm the transition date and provide you with further details such as your new account numbers.

Frequently asked questions

If you have an existing Adelaide Bank account, then you should receive a letter. If you have an Adelaide Bank account but have recently changed address or haven’t received anything by 30 June 2025, please contact us on (08) 8201 9866 or email us at migration.careteam@bendigoadelaide.com.au.

These changes will occur in October 2025, but we will write to you again to confirm the actual transition date at least 30 days prior to the transition occurring. Right now, there is nothing you need to do.

You may have received multiple copies of the same letter if you have accounts with us under different structures. This may include:

  • through different third parties;
  • different relationships on accounts, such as joint accounts.

In June 2025, you will receive a second letter which outlines the new products you will be migrating to as well as the Changes Booklet(s) . In the months following, you’ll continue to receive more information as we progress through the migration.

Each Adelaide Bank product has been mapped to an equivalent Bendigo Bank product. In the second letter, we have outlined the new products your existing accounts will be migrating to. This letter contains details about what else you need to know, and it should be read along with the Changes Booklet.
