#Repayments can be determined after a conversation with a lender/broker/expert around what the loan purpose is and if you meet the criteria for income/affordability, like any other loan application. 

1Where applicable, the requirement for an annual review is specified as a condition of your loan terms with the Bank.
Conducting an annual review gives us an opportunity to further understand your business operations and how it has performed in the past year. We will discuss with you your current facility/facilities and whether they are still best suited to your ongoing business needs.

2Equity release or “cash out” is considered on a case-by-case basis. The approving officer will need to understand the purpose for cash out, to submit for approval.
