Here's how transaction charges work.

Each statement period you are allocated a transaction charges rebate that is taken into consideration when calculating your total transaction costs for that statement period.

Transactions are grouped into categories and charged at different amounts. Some of the most convenient transactions are offered free of bank transaction charges.

Choose how you want to bank, after all it's your business. Make the transactions you prefer up to the dollar value of your transaction charges rebate without incurring any bank transaction charges. This could mean more low priced transactions or fewer higher priced transactions. The total cost of the transactions you make each statement period will be offset against your transaction charges rebate.
