You do not have to be a computer genius to use, only a Customer with Adelaide Bank with a Personal Access Code (PAC) to verify that it is you accessing your account via the Internet.

To make it even easier, you can use the same PAC for both Online Banking and Phone Banking!

With Online Banking, you can...

• Pay bills and accounts that bear the BPAY sign, as well as arrange payments for the future
• Check and double check your Adelaide Bank account balances whenever you need to.
• Transfer funds between your Adelaide Bank accounts, Visa and loan accounts.
• View and Print transaction records.
• Check available credit on your Adelaide Bank Visa, HomeBuyer Power or Business account.
• Make payments to other bank accounts by using AnyPay or send multiple payments, ie: Payroll using BatchPay.
• Download / Export your transaction data into other formats if needed.
• Order your Adelaide Bank cheque and deposit books when required.
• Reconcile your balances with your account balances, your transactions and the amount of Credit and Debit Interest for the Financial Year.
