Every Adelaide Bank branch has an ATM located either through an external wall and/or within the branch, making access to cash even safer.

We have an excellent coverage of ATMs across the metropolitan area and these ATMs are generally located within shopping centres, local shopping precincts and even some service stations.

Adelaide Bank is mindful of customer safety when locating ATMs, and it is for this reason that we have adopted the guidelines set out by the Australian Banker's Association (ABA) and Crime Prevention Victoria and the Victorian Police. These guidelines have been developed to minimise the risks of an incident occurring and to reassure customers of the safety of ATM's.

We have also adopted the standards set out by the ABA and the Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission (HREOC) to ensure that all our ATMs are located in safe, well lit areas and accessible to handicapped and elderly customers.
