How can I access my account? Who can open an account?To be eligible for a Concession Xpress account, at least one of the account holders must be entitled to hold any of the following Commonwealth Government concession cards: - Pensioner Concession Card.
- Commonwealth Seniors Card.
- Health Care Card.
- Department of Veterans' Affairs Card.
You must also be a current customer of Adelaide Bank for at least 12 months before qualifying, and must have your allowance paid into the account. You will remain an 'eligible customer' for as long as you continue to satisfy these criteria.
