The Adelaide Bank Charitable Foundation (the Foundation) is an integral part of Adelaide Bank's commitment to the community.

Adelaide Bank was an Australian pioneer in corporate philanthropy, being one of the first financial institutions nationally to establish a charitable fund. When the Foundation was established in 1981 by the Co-operative Building Society, Corporate Social Responsibility was virtually unheard of.

The Foundation's contribution to South Australia has been significant over the past 26 years and during this time hundreds of worthy causes have been assisted to the tune of more than $7 million in funding.
