Chairman Dr Lloyd

Dr Lloyd is a prominent South Australian business woman who first joined the Adelaide Bank board in 1997. In 2000 she left the Board for a brief period in the United Kingdom with work commitments. She re-joined in July 2001 and was appointed Deputy Chairman in 2003. In October of 2005 she was appointed Chairman. Dr Lloyd has a number of family interests in the rural sector. She holds a Masters and Doctorate in Administration and Management, and is currently a member of the Council of the University of South Australia

Deputy Chairman Mr Cook

Roger Cook is an international commercial real estate authority who joined the board in 1997 and was appointed Deputy Chairman in 2005. He was a founder of Colliers International and became Chief Executive Officer of Colliers Jardine, based in Hong Kong, for the Asia Pacific region. He is the Chairman of the SA Motor Sport Board, Urban Construct Pty Ltd and the Motor Accident Commission (SA). Roger is a Director of V8 Supercars Australia Pty Ltd and a Director of TEGA Pty Limited.

Dr Crook is the Managing Director of Adelaide-based therapeutic goods manufacturer Dynek Pty Ltd, a company she founded in 1974. In addition to her role with Adelaide Bank, she is also the President and Board Member of Business SA, a member of the State Procurement Board, Amrac Corporation, Transition Technologies Corporation and Repromed.

Mr Abrahamson

Kevin Abrahamson is an Australian finance sector specialist and consultant who has been on the Adelaide Bank Board since 2000. As a specialist in the area of corporate strategy and information technology he has worked as a consultant to the financial sector since 1997 as the head of KD Abrahamson Consultants. From 1988 to 1997 he held the position of General Manager, Group Services with Advance Bank and St George.

Kevin Osborn was the Chief Executive Officer of Bank One Australia (now part of JP Morgan Chase) prior to joining the Adelaide Bank Board in 2003. He has served as a director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia, and has helped the SA Government on various finance boards and advisory roles. He is a Foundation Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Finance and Treasury Association, and a Director of ABB Grain Ltd. He is a Director of the Economic Development Board of SA and a Director of the Governors Leadership Foundation.

Mr Crane

Mr Crane is a former Chief Executive Officer of ABN Amro Australia, a position he held until 2003, before joining the Board of Adelaide Bank in 2005. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Chairman of Global Valve Technology Pty Ltd and Chairman of the Investa Property Group. He has previously held the position of Executive in Residence at the University of NSW (Economics and Commerce).

Mr McPhee

Jamie McPhee started his career with Adelaide Bank in 1988 within the Treasury function, and was appointed Group Managing Director in December 2006. Jamie began his financial services career in the dealing room of merchant bank Wallace Smith Trust Company based in London. He returned to Adelaide in 1988 and joined the Co-operative Building Society of South Australia (which later became Adelaide Bank). He was appointed Chief Manager of Treasury at the time of the merger between the Co-op and the Hindmarsh Building Society in January 1992, and in 1993 was promoted to the organisation's Executive Committee. With the conversion of the Co-operative Building Society to Adelaide Bank on January 1, 1994, the role of Treasury expanded to include responsibility for the Bank's wholesale fundraising both in Australia and overseas.

In the following years Jamie held various positions within the organisation, including General Manager of Lending and Chief General Manager of Retail Banking. In 2003 he was appointed Chief General Manager of Operations, responsible for the day-to-day banking operations of Adelaide Bank and its subsidiaries, and in 2005 was appointed Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all bank operations in the group. Jamie has completed a civil engineering degree with honours, and an MBA from the University of Adelaide. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance, an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
