How do I report a lost or stolen card?

If you’ve lost your card or it has been stolen, you need to act quickly.

What information do I need? 


If possible, please have the following information available when calling:

  • customer number or account number
  • information for us to verify your identity (e.g. full address, date of birth)
  • information about when the card was last used


Things to consider 


Do you need to change any direct debits or credits?
Do you need a replacement card?
Is your card linked to any other accounts that you still need access to?
 
Please be aware that it may take up to five business days before you receive a new card (within Australia).
