Increasing your credit limit

Prior to us approving your application, you’ll need to have the following information:

• your account details
• your details to verify your identity over the phone

We’ll need to assess your current situation and obtain your current credit history prior to increasing your credit limit.

In most cases we’ll be able to complete your request over the phone. In those instances where we may need additional details to verify your application, we’ll step you through the application process and explain the supporting documentation that’s required.
