Applying for a credit card

We’ll work with you to complete the documentation you need to apply for a new credit card. The information you may need to provide includes:

• your current assets, including estimated values
• your current liabilities, including credit limits
• your gross income
• your signed credit card contract

We’ll need to assess your current situation prior to approving your new credit card. As part of this process, we need to do the following:

• verify your identity over the phone
• obtain current credit history
• collect all personal information required to assess your application
• send your contract to you to sign

Once we’ve received your signed contract, your credit card will be sent to you by registered post. This can take up to seven business days to arrive.
