How do I update my details?

It’s important that your personal details are kept secure at all times and not compromised during this process, so we’ll need to verify your identity.

Updating your details is an easy process which can be completed by calling us or accessing the secure email function within Online Banking.

If you call us, we’ll be able to update your details immediately over the phone.

 Sunday 10am-6pm (CST)

By calling us, you can do the following:

  • update your residential and postal address
  • update your home and work phone numbers
  • update your mobile phone number
  • modify your regular payments
  • re-order a lost or stolen card

Your details will be updated immediately, as long as you have the following information:

  • customer number or account number
  • information for us to verify your identity (e.g. full address, date of birth)
  • the details you need to change


Online Banking 


You can make the following updates by logging into Online Banking and selecting the secure email tab:

  • update your residential and postal address
  • update your home and work phone numbers
  • re-order a lost or stolen card
  • modify your regular payments

You’ll receive a secure email response with 48 hours.
