How do I update my details?

It’s important that your personal details are kept secure at all times and not compromised during this process, so we’ll need to verify your identity.

Updating your details is an easy process which can be completed by calling us or accessing the mail function within Online Banking

You can quickly and easily update your:

  • residential and postal address
  • home and work phone numbers
  • mobile phone number
  • regular payment plans

You can also re-order a lost or stolen card.

Just make sure you have the following information ready when you call:

  • Your Customer Number or Account Number
  • Information for us to verify your identity (full address, date of birth)
  • Details of what you require changed

Online Banking 

It’s easy to update your personal details online. Once you’re logged on, simply select the Mail tab and request to:

  • update your residential and postal address
  • update your home, mobile and work phone numbers
  • re-order a lost or stolen card
  • modify your regular payments

To confirm your update or request has been verified you will receive a secure email response within two business days.
