How do I access my money?

Our home loan accounts give you access to your money in many different ways. There are plenty of ways you can access your money without paying any fees, but some methods will incur a fee.

Cashcard - EFTPOS and ATMs 

EFTPOS is a safe and convenient way to purchase goods and services without having to worry about carrying cash with you. Some stores also allow you to withdraw cash at the same time you make your purchase.

ATMs allow you to withdraw cash and check your account balances. Bendigo Bank ATMs also allow you to:

  • transfer funds betweeen your own Adelaide Bank accounts.
  • pay your Adelaide Bank Visa card bill by transfer from a linked account.
  • make a deposit (cheque, money order or cash) if the ATM is attached to a Bendigo Bank branch.
  • you should try to use a Bendigo Bank ATM or an ATM that forms part of the Bendigo Bank ATM network when possible, as you many incur a fee when using an ATM that is not part of our network.

Bank@Post

Bank@Post is a personal banking service within an Australia Post office. Using your PIN and your Adelaide Bank Cashcard or Visa card, you can perform the following transactions:

  • withdraw cash from your Adelaide Bank cheque, savings or credit account
  • make a deposit into your Adelaide Bank account
  • check the balance of your accounts

Online Banking 

Activating Online Banking on your account allows you to  access your account 24 hours a day. To log on to Online Banking, click on the icon at the top of the page. This will allow you to access your current Adelaide Bank accounts and all the services offered through Online Banking, including:

  • BPAY
  • AnyPay
  • account balances
  • redraw
  • transfer funds

Phone Banking (Express Line) - 1300 300 893 

You can access your accounts via the telephone 24 hours a day. Once you have logged in, the main menu on Express Line allows you to choose from the following options:

  • account balance
  • BPAY
  • transfer funds
  • last 10 transactions
  • other options

If you choose ‘other options’, you then have access to:

  • due dates/amounts due
  • order statement or cheque book
  • tax history
  • maturity dates
  • update your Phone Banking access to include Online Banking access
  • operator assistance
  • return to the main menu
