How we continue to assist you

It’s important that we recognise when customers have been introduced by one of our mortgage broking professional partners. That’s why we have a dedicated team within our customer contact and care centre that’s available to assist customers with loan variations, loan increases and other retention initiatives.

Your commissions will continue (or increase) when we retain a customer’s loan, take care of a variation or advance further funds.
