No two customers or businesses are exactly alike, and neither are their banking needs. At Adelaide Bank, we believe that you should have the flexibility to conduct your banking whichever way suits you best.

Adelaide Bank has adopted a more user-friendly approach to transaction charges that gives you the choice and control over how you want to bank.

Each month your account is entitled to an allocation of bank transaction charges. The value of this allocation depends on the type of account and the minimum balance on your account during the month. Once the transaction allocation has been used, your account will begin to incur the transaction charges relevant to your account. These are charge monthly.

Any unused allocation will not carry forward to the next month.
